Just keep the banality of evil

"Just keep the order" is the original way for its philosophy which I'll not remind you.  In daily life, don't we just keep the order? Yes, we do. We accept "little unimportant" negative bad details of the cycle in which we live and we focus on more "serious" business like dating, working/studying hard, fedding ourselves with a baby care.
How about problematic relationships? Well, I know issue of  "problematic relationships" generally refers to relations with friends and significant others, but think about another people faced in undesirable situtions.
For example, you are a seller and as usual you have to sell your good by walking and knocking doors . Or you are a student and your assistant is an asshole, so you have to shut up whatever he/she does because your homeworks needs to be graded. Or you are  the manager of an important department and you have to take signature from some guys who are not that polite to make an impressive investment. What are seven differences between positions I offered ? If you want, you can find  even seven hundreds differences between them, but the point is what is the similarity of them?
Generally, we give up many things which set us free. We let somebody to gain dominance on us, because some conditions reqiured to be mute, deaf or blind or all of them. We do not even really care about them, because unfortunately , suppressive and offensive actions of people who are at a superior position can be accepted as just "usual" , it is chain of way of live. Then where is the individuality or human rights or case of "equality"? Is everybody just equal? Think about Universal Human Rights Agreement: Humans are equal regardless of religion, language, race and gender and sex. It is easy to notice that even if  fundamental differences are negligible in terms of human rights, then why do we have to be silent in an hard conditions created by a superior? It is really chain issue or exactly majority offering?
I left the answers in a blank, because answers are also open to discuss. All I know, even though we have some rights and we are aware of them clearly, usually because of majority chain bullshit, we accept insulting actions as a way of life. It is really genius(!) business.
When I  told that I want to do something against somebody who insults to others to my friend, he said "focus on your own things" by explaining this is a chain and little bad details are ignorable. It is like killing a mosquito or insect because they are unimportant and ugly but not killing a kitten because it is soo cute. Both of them animal basicly, so what? Killing a insect is done by majority without thinking that it is also animal and it has a right to live.So; When we kill an insect we are not that upset, because we just keep the order.Such details are something strange and they don't have one explanation.
Then, what  if Mustafa Kemal and his brave friends just kept the order?  If they were not "unusual individuals",  minority would not be majority. Probably I would be Karen or Rosanne instead of  being Ceren. I know, there is no hero by acting with only little spark and create a miracle like them anymore.
Well people, just shut up and when you get the same position, do the same thing to the others.
